Promoting and managing a cocktail catering business

The app allows branch managers to manage their businesses, and the franchise owner to keep track of all sales.

Website visitors request events and provide information about number of people, type of service needed, and other requirements.

The app converts confirmed events into a single products order.

I build a complex algorithm that use event parameters like number of guests, service hired, actual weather, and average guests age, among others to split into a list of products.

The generated order quantify for example the number of bottles of whiskey, rum, wine, soda and many other ingredients needed for the cocktails preparation.

Later, warehouse company staff open the order, print it, and prepare it.

Lastly, when the service is finished, users finish the event by entering the quantity of returning products for the system to keep track of product stock.

The app keeps track of different important branch indicators, such as product stock, events requested, events sold, upcoming events calendar, monthly sales, and profits.

This project also includes a job board for freelance workers to apply to.

The administrator invites workers to the upcoming events and only invited workers can apply to the job.

Finally the administrator pick the best candidate for each job position and the system keeps track of the worker confirmation and event information.

I developed the company responsive website. The users can select a franchise, and ask for a quote.

The website informs about the different services the company can offer.

Also an interactive cocktail page was designed simulating to be a bar table, where we show their exclusive cocktails with the recipe and a preparation video.
